Single Health Coaching Session

You know your life better than anyone, and you know that you’re ready to try coaching - but you’re not sure you can fully commit. Test the waters in a low-stakes way with a single coaching session. You must complete a free Coaching Discovery Call and have a signed coaching agreement to be a client. Coaching session length is typically 30 minutes, with occasional sessions lasting longer dependent upon client needs.

Package of Eight Coaching Sessions

You’re locked in on where you want to go, and ready to commit. Save on cost per session by purchasing a package of eight health coaching sessions. Sessions must be used within a six month time period. Date of package expiration will be shared at time of purchase.
